I'm Jedi Roberts, and after 9 years in the fitness industry, I know how hard it is to juggle work, stress, and still try to feel good in your body.

That's exactly why I created JEDX10, a proven system that fits into life, not takes it over.

I've helped hundreds of busy people achieve real, lasting results with just 10 minutes a day. No gyms. No fluff. Just smart, effective training that works in the real world.

In 2022, I dropped 12kg in 11 weeks using my now-signature 9-minute strength blueprint.

One session a week. No crazy restrictions. Just a realistic plan that worked around life.

  • SIS40210 Certificate IV in Fitness (MAX International College for Fitness Professionals)
  • SIS30313 Certificate III in Fitness (MAX International College for Fitness Professionals)
  • BSB50215 Diploma in Business (Max International College for Fitness Professionals)
  • Certifications of Completion: Fitness Business School, Stretch and Release, Body Sculpt Bootcamp, Tour De Cycle, RBT, Introduction to Yoga, Pure Form Pilates, FightKlub, TRX, INBO (WZ)
