I wasn’t always strong or confident. In fact, I started where a lot of people do—feeling stuck, unsure, and honestly… like I wasn’t cut out for this. But I made one decision that changed everything: I backed myself.

Since then, I’ve coached pro athletes, multimillionaires, and everyday legends just trying to feel good in their own skin again. I run both online personal training and Christchurch-based personal training because real results should be accessible to everyone.

In 2022, I went through my own weight transformation, dropping 12kg in 11 weeks—while juggling work, life, and stress like everyone else. No extreme diets. No marathon workouts. Just a proven system that worked with my life, not against it. That’s where JEDX10 was born.
